Cookies

Our website uses “cookies”. These are small text files which are stored on your end device through your browser. They do not cause any damage to your device. We use cookies to make our website user friendly. Some cookies are stored on your end device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser when you next visit our website. Web analysis

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of how you use our website. The information about your use of this website (including your IP address) that is generated by the cookies is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The media proprietor has activated IP anonymisation on all pages of this website, however. This means that your IP address will be abbreviated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Therefore, the IP address of the appropriate user will neither be fully transferred to Google, nor saved. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about website activity for the website operator, and to provide further services in connection with the use of this website and of the internet. This information may also be provided to third parties if legally required or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google will never associate the IP address of the user with any other Google data. The user can prevent the installation of the cookies by setting their browser software accordingly (the appropriate settings are available on all commonplace browsers). Tools are also available that prevent the tracking by Google Analytics. The collection of data generated by the cookies and relating to the use of the website (including the IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google can also be prevented if the user sends the media owner a notice of objection by email. The website can be also be used without restrictions if the user makes use of the aforementioned tools or prevents the use of cookies with the appropriate browser settings and/or objects to their use. In using this website, the user declares that they agree to the processing of the data collected by Google about their person in the manner and for the purposes described above.

Social media cookies

Social media plugins have been integrated on the ingresol.com web pages that allow users to recommend and share articles in social networks such as Facebook or Twitter. For this purpose, we use a two-stage procedure. Data will only be transferred to third parties if the user clicks on one of the icons in the social media toolbar. ingresol.com is not able to influence cookies that are placed by Facebook, Twitter etc., nor does ingresol.com have any access to them.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes applicable data protection legislation, or that your legal claim to data protection may be violated in some way, you can complain to the relevant supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
